The coding sequence of hLIF gene was successfully reverse transcribed and amplified, which is 609 bp (lanes 1), and lanes 2 was the full-length hLIF by exon-splicing. The figure indicated that it is more easily to obtain the coding sequence of target gene by exon-splicing in terms of quantity, compared with the traditional reverse transcription.
